Answer

The simplest way to call for an ambulance is to contact 115, quickly describe the condition of the patient and briefly provide exactly who you are and where you are. The most important thing is to inform the patient's current situation. Thereby, the medical staff will give specific instructions. 
In cases of patients having an accident near Hong Ngoc Hospital, they can call the hotline 024.3927.5568 directly for quick and timely emergency care.
